Criminal Lawyer

Admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in October 2023, Katherine holds both a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law and Psychology from the University of Western Australia.

Katherine joined Timpano Legal in May 2025 and practices primarily in the areas of criminal law, traffic matters, and restraining orders. She has appeared before the Magistrates, Children’s, District, and Supreme Courts of Western Australia. Katherine is experienced in briefing senior counsel and expert witnesses, and regularly engages in negotiations with prosecuting agencies to achieve favourable outcomes for her clients, including the downgrade or discontinuance of charges.

Katherine values collaboration and works closely with colleagues, clients, counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and strategic approach to each matter. She is passionate about ensuring clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make informed decisions at every stage of the legal process.

Outside of the office, Katherine enjoys spending time outdoors and travelling—especially to cold and snowy destinations.
