What happens next?

When you phone us, we will arrange for one of our qualified lawyers to provide you with a free 15-minute assessment of your case.

We will also provide you with a total estimate of the costs involved should you decide to move forward with us.

If you require initial legal advice, we offer a 1 hour legal consultation at our office for a fixed fee so our lawyers can discuss your matter with you further.

There is no obligation to continue if you do not feel comfortable after this initial consultation.

How Much Do You Charge?

The first question we often hear from clients is: “How much will this cost?”

At Timpano Legal our cost structure is competitive, open and transparent and there are no hidden costs.

Our specialist criminal defence lawyers are billed out at between $360 – $660 per hour exclusive of GST, depending on their experience.

You’ll know what things cost before you commit to anything. We pride ourselves on our clients having no surprises our hidden fees.

Does Timpano have fixed fees?

Yes.

Unlike many law firms, we are able to offer fixed fees for certain matters. Please ask us at your initial consultation whether a fixed fee is applicable in your matter.

At Timpano Legal, we understand that there are financial considerations to be made when engaging a specialist lawyer.

We will ensure that each client receives strong representation, support and guidance through every step of the legal process, we are here to help.
